Location: Based in Sydney, Australia

Compensation:  $80,000 - $100,000 OTE dependent on experience

Opportunity

Mangahigh seeks a self-starting and motivated salesperson to initiate and manage key relationships across NSW and ACT. You will be responsible for initiating, building, and managing relationships with state DOEs, Catholic and Independent School Associations, and schools across your territory. Your goal will be to secure new Mangahigh subscriptions and retain existing customers within the territory. This is a full-time position reporting to the Territory Manager based in Perth. Excellent benefits package and competitive salary/bonus plan. The role is home-office based, requiring regular travel within NSW and ACT.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ideally 3+ years of secondary maths teaching experience with a demonstrable interest to move into an edTech sales role. Experience in a sales role (part-time while at university etc.) preferred but not essential.

  • Entrepreneurial instinct, with a drive to succeed.

  • Network of relationships and contacts across the territory (desirable but not essential)

  • Excellent written/oral communication skills

  • Comfortable in delivering presentations to small/large groups

  • Be confident with maths to middle/high school level

  • Understanding of relevant organisational level opportunities

  • Interest in and appreciation of various teaching methodologies in maths

  • Good organisational skills, methodical with high attention to detail

  • Valid driver's license
