New: Be across it all with School Insights on ClassCover

We have just launched an Insights dashboard for schools which provides school admin and executive teams with real time analytics to see booking and absence trends as well as an overview on teacher list health statistics.

The report allows you to compare between two time periods on booking trends, see most booked casual teachers, top teacher absences and absence reasons.

You can also get insights on your teacher list health, showing you real time data on active teachers vs those who are deemed inactive who are in your ‘My Teachers’ list.

Insights provided

  • Bookings over selected period vs previous period
  • Top teachers booked
  • Top teacher absences
  • Top absence reasons
  • Active vs Inactive teachers

Actionable insights: Inactive teacher list control

School admins can now hide inactive casual teachers from the booking request lists, boosting list quality and improving booking outcomes.

To do this, go to ‘My Teacher List’ and click on ‘hide inactive teachers’. When these teachers log back in and become ‘active’, they will reappear in your booking request lists.

A casual teacher is deemed inactive if they have not logged in, responded to a job request or updated availability for 90 days.

What’s next?

More to come for the school Insights Dashboard

We will be adding more to the insights area over the next six months which will include new chart additions and admin actions based off the insights presented.

Teacher’s in NSW will soon be able to have accreditation verified within ClassCover

ClassCover is working with the NSW Department of Education on a new feature that will show schools verified teachers within the ClassCover app. Teachers with up to date accreditation and all other checks will have a symbol that will show that they are verified to teach in NSW public schools.  Learn more about this new feature
