Do this one quick thing to help your ClassCover app run smoothly

Common issues that users are reporting with their app can be fixed easily by following some simple steps.  

Following the steps below will most likely fix: 

  • Getting logged out on a regular basis 
  • Notifications not showing 
  • Calendar not updating 
  • Booking request not showing on the booking request tab 

So what do you need to do? 

Step 1 

Log out of the ClassCover app 

Step 2 

Uninstall the app on your phone 

Step 3 

Go the app store and download the latest release 

Step 4 

Log back in and choose your notification preferences (turn on push if you want push, don’t turn on push if you want SMS) 

Extra digging 

Is your phone on the latest OS version? Make sure your phone is operating on the latest update from Android or iOS. This solves a lot of issues.
